GLEX.AI began in 2019 as an Italian consultancy project focused on internal efficiency and secure client collaboration. The original vision combined cloud infrastructure, GDPR compliance, and robust cybersecurity, then rare for boutique advisory firms.
Early ambitions included integrating generative AI directly into ERP systems, automating workflows between client data and advisory outputs. The plan was to internationalize the practice while pioneering what would later be called a sort of "Tax GPT"—AI-driven tools for labor law, corporate tax, and financial strategy.
After market validation efforts and multiple pivots, the founder relocated to London in 2024 to scale globally. GLEX.AI as it exists today emerged from this evolution: predictive business tools, tax optimization models, strategic advisory and asset tokenization, all powered by AI, all designed for cross-border operators who need clarity fast.
What started as a cloud for Italian SMEs is now a platform serving founders, executives, and international operators across jurisdictions. The vision from 2019 remains: AI that doesn't replace judgment, but sharpens it.
