1. Company information
This website and the services described on it are operated by GLEX AI LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the services
GLEX AI provides:
(a) AI-assisted business risk assessment reports generated from user-provided inputs and analytical scoring logic, delivered digitally, and
(b) Optional remote advisory sessions only where separately requested and expressly agreed.
No downloadable software is supplied. The primary deliverable is a digital report delivered online.
3. Separate professional engagement
Reports and indicative recommendations are provided solely for preliminary informational purposes and do not constitute tailored professional advice.
Where a user requires specific legal, tax, financial, or strategic advice based on their full circumstances, a separate written professional engagement must be requested and expressly agreed with GLEX AI LTD. No professional duty of care arises without such written agreement.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted information and for any decisions taken based on the report.
5. Informational nature of reports
Reports provide indicative risk scoring and general considerations only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, audit, or assurance advice and do not guarantee outcomes. Independent professional advice should be obtained before acting.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Reports are typically delivered immediately after successful payment.
7. No-refund policy
Because reports are digital content supplied instantly, all sales are final once the report is generated. If a technical issue prevents access, we may re-deliver the report or restore access where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
All content, reports, scoring systems, and branding are the property of GLEX AI LTD. Users receive a non-transferable internal-use licence only. Resale, distribution, publication, or reverse engineering is prohibited without written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLEX AI LTD shall not be liable for business or financial losses, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or reputation, or any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount paid for that specific report. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
